We are very happy to be able to get back to work and see our patients who we have missed over the past few months! We would like to update you on our new office protocols and the steps we are taking to ensure we do everything possible to keep our patients and our team healthy.
Prior to your appointment, please fill out our wellness form. We will text/email this form to you the day prior to your appointment. Everyone who enters the office is required to fill out this form.
When you arrive for your appointment, please check in. Only the patient that is being treated will be allowed to enter the office. The only exception for this will be for very young patients. Absolutely no other family members or friends will be allowed inside.
Your temperature will be taken by one of our team members using a touchless thermometer. If your temp is over 100 degrees F, you will be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment.
Our common areas will be closed, as well as our brushing station, so please prepare for that before arrival. Please brush your teeth before coming to the office.
Federal guidelines for social distancing and wearing masks in businesses continue, so please bring and wear a mask to your appointment.
Maintain the 6-foot social distancing guidelines when in the office until seated in the treatment chair.
We ask for understanding while we will try to address all of your treatment needs during your visit. Individuals with multiple broken brackets may not have everything completed during this visit due to strict scheduling times.
We are so grateful for every one of our patients, and this time away has only made us even more thankful for each of you! We thank you for your understanding as we are focusing on getting each of you back on track, while not exposing our team members or patients to unnecessary risk.
