Ah-mazing. We had previously tried another orthodontist 1st that we just felt was pushing us out & we left uninformed, they offered no information for what we need to do. It was uncomfortable & felt like they didnt care. Herminia & Dr. Massey made my daughter so comfortable that she is excited for her next visits. They answered all my questions as well as educating us on the upcoming appts. My daughter especially likes that they were able to explain the process so she understood.
